The subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is all the goods in the online store www.hamsen-harness.com. The properties of the goods are included in the information pages of the web store belonging to the given product, where the characteristics, price and description of the products illustrated with a colour photo can be found.

Terms of purchase

By filling in the order and confirming it in accordance with Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.), A contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded in absentia according to the following conditions:

Ordering through the web store is only possible electronically.

Anyone who accepts these terms and conditions and considers them binding on himself / herself can make purchases in the web store.

It is possible to purchase in the web store without prior registration.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delivery delay, erroneous performance or other problems or errors that can be traced back to the data provided by the Buyer incorrectly and / or inaccurately.

By returning the order confirmation, the Parties enter into a sales contract, according to which the Seller is obliged to transfer the ownership of the product to the Buyer and put the product in the possession of the Buyer, and the Buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price and take over the product.

The delivery costs of the package not received shall be burdened by the Buyer, which may be enforced by the Seller if necessary. All damage caused by the Buyer to the Seller and the costs incurred during the procedure shall be paid by the Buyer.

The Seller is entitled to reconcile the data provided during registration by phone or e-mail. If during the data reconciliation the Seller forms the opinion that the data does not correspond to reality, or the Buyer does not intend or is unable to pay the purchase price of the product ordered by him/her or to receive the product, the Seller is entitled to reject the order partly or entirely and terminate the contract with immediate effect.

Offers for each product are valid while stocks last.

In the case of promotional goods, the promotion lasts until the specified deadline or while stocks last.

Changing the order is only and exclusively possible by e-mail, specifying the new quantity / color of the desired product, etc. We cannot change a package that has already been sent!

Right of withdrawal

Within 14 working days from the receipt of the product ordered on the web, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from his/her intention to purchase. In this case, the Seller is obliged to refund the purchase price paid for the product to the Buyer no later than within 30 days after the withdrawal or return of the product. The refund does not apply to the shipping cost, and the cost of returning the product is also burdens the buyer. For issues not regulated in this document, see Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may do so in writing, by letter or e-mail, referring to the product and the order. You have the right to withdraw within 8 working days after receiving the product. In the case of cancellation by post, the date of posting of the letter will be taken into account when calculating the 14 working days. The letter should preferably be sent as a return receipt letter so that the date of dispatch can be clearly demonstrated. Return the ordered product to the address of our company in Szeged (Dávid Béla Nagy, 6723 Szeged, Űrhajós u. 13 / B.). Postage costs for return are the burden of the buyer. Do not return the product by cash on delivery! We are not able to pick up the package returned by cash on delivery, the cost of returning it is also the burden of the buyer! The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have not been used for their intended purpose or to products that have already been used! Within 30 days of returning the product, the price of the product will be refunded to the specified account number. In the case of § 29 of the Government Decree, in particular § a) and d) – the consumer may not exercise his/her right of withdrawal if he has placed his/her order on this website, the Seller has delivered exactly the right items in time and content, but the Buyer does not wish to take it over. On the other hand, the Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal for products that are made specifically for his/her needs (individually made). In this case, taking into account the correct performance, the Government Decree does not oblige the Seller to return the products or refund the fees.

The product you want to buy must be added to the cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” icon next to the product, including the quantity of the ordered product.

Once you have selected the right product for you, you can check the contents and value of your cart by clicking on the “Cart” button in the upper right corner. If the products and quantities are correct, please select “Payment”. Payment can be made by cash on delivery and by card. Any comments should be entered in the “Comment” field. A contract concluded is considered to be a contract concluded in absentia. We do not register the contract, but we record the customer’s data and the products belonging to it (on the issued invoice copy). Parcel delivery will take place within 5 working days, if it is delayed beyond 5 working days, the Seller will inform the Buyer of the expected date.

The operator is not liable if there is any malfunction in the internet network, which prevents the website from operating smoothly and making purchases.

Delivery and warranty conditions

Delivery, receipt and payment methods

The price indicated next to the products is the gross purchase price of the products, which is to be understood in HUF and includes 27% VAT.

If you select the “GLS courier” option for the payment method and it is a domestic delivery, the delivery of the ordered product (s) will take place as follows:

The home delivery of the ordered products within Hungary is performed by the GLS courier service.

The shipping cost of the product is calculated based on the weight and cash on delivery of the delivered product.

When ordering, the delivery cost is the maximum and is for information only. Shipping costs are always adjusted to the current prices of the courier company, we have no influence on them.

Payment by cash on delivery is made at the time of receipt of the product, at the place of receipt. Cash on delivery can only be used in Hungary. If several products are ordered at the same time, the Seller will send the products in one package to the Buyer in order to achieve a more favourable delivery cost.

Credit card payment, home delivery

After a successful transaction, the home delivery of the ordered products within Hungary is performed by the GLS courier service.

Terms of home delivery

Home delivery of the ordered products is performed by GLS Hungary Kft. It is delivered only in Hungary, on working days between 8 am and 5 pm to the specified delivery address.

When sending the package, the Customer will receive the package number and the value of the cash on delivery by e-mail. The Customer can track the package via the internet, based on the package number received in advance.

If the deliverer is unable to deliver the goods, he will leave a notice of the package.

The Seller shall not be liable for delivery delays or errors caused by incorrect or inaccurate data provided by the customer. In the case of returned packages not received during home delivery, the return fee is charged to the customer, we can only start resending it if the value of the package is transferred in advance!

We can usually deliver the products in stock / warehouse within 3-5 working days, we always provide detailed information by e-mail.

If a product is not in stock, the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer.

The individual administration of the products ordered, but cannot be delivered in the meantime due to lack of stock, is always done through one of the contact details provided by the Buyer. In this case, the payment and delivery deadlines are the subject of an individual discussion between the Buyer and the Seller.

The maximum shipping costs are stated when ordering.

Guarantee

The Seller is responsible at the time of sale for delivering a faultless, new product to the Buyer.

In the event of a complaint, the Buyer will return the product, and if the complaint is legitimate, we will replace the product free of charge or send a new one.

If the complaint is not valid, the Seller will return the product to the Buyer. In this case, the cost of return is burden of the Buyer.
